1 thinly sliced Florida cucumber (optional)
1 pint Florida cherry tomatoes
½ red onion, thinly sliced
½ A glass of white vinegar
¼ A glass of water
Pepper flakes (optional)
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Combine vinegar, water, paprika flakes, salt and pepper. Pour over chopped vegetables and marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour (the longer it is marinated, the more fragrant it will be). Serve chilled.
